Our Team
At Texoma Minerals, our primary objective is to identify the needs, frustrations, and financial goals of each mineral owner and family. Where we can add value through one of these channels, we work to maximize what is attainable through our unique process. ​Our established team has access and relationships with a select number of long-term mineral holders who traditionally focus on multi-million dollar transactions with groups that aggregate and sell large portfolios. These large groups have the technical expertise to pay top dollar in the space but do not have the teams on the ground buying directly from mineral owners. ​While brokers take deals to end buyers in hopes of exaggerated profits, Texoma Minerals works to provide a portion of those exaggerated values back to the mineral owner. This allows for full transparency and alignment with families, ultimately providing the highest values in every transaction.

Partner - Technical (Geology/Engineering)​
With a rich 27-year tenure in geoscience, Kristie has significantly contributed to the field through her roles in leading operations and educational initiatives. She is renowned for instructional courses at the University of Tulsa's Continuing Education program, designed to meet the evolving needs of industry professionals. As the Chair of the Geoscience Foundation of Tulsa and a past Chair of the AAPG House of Delegates, she has been a steadfast advocate for advancing geoscience education in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Kristie's strategic expertise has been pivotal in the acquisition and management of mineral and royalty interests across numerous major U.S. basins, culminating in a track record of facilitating multiple high-value corporate transactions.

Justin is a seasoned Business Development expert with over 15 years of experience in the drilling industry, where he elevated a company's revenue from $5 million to $13 million and expanded its operations across nine states. His entrepreneurial journey peaked with the strategic acquisition of this company after 11 years of dedicated service. Beyond this, Justin has successfully founded and grown several businesses, leveraging his exceptional skills in relationship building and strategic positioning to consistently drive companies to the pinnacle of their industries. His career is marked by a relentless pursuit of growth and a keen ability to create competitive differentiators in the market.
